AppWright Redesign

NEED THIS ASAP

Please take the information Jeremy Hilleary provided and create a SVT so that the design and checking tasks can be assigned to the user when the job is scheduled. This will streamline the order entry process.

Based on the meeting notes, make changes to the design, framing and production events. Setup training for the design event and deploy the revised process while we adjust the framing and production event on 3-13-25.

We would like to be able to take Board Feet, Lineal Feet of our manufacturing products out of Mitek and have them load into AppWright.

Two questions on the form- • Can we add the ability to add more recipients of the form once the finished button is hit. o I would like the AM and crew to receive these. • Are we able to do this- o If a phase is marked as NOT IF, the super marks something missing in the form. o Could the AM run a report in APW that would generate a list of Tactical Forms from that week (or any time frame range) that had missing materials? o The AM could get this report to the needed parties from the plants. o The AM can also use this to track lost days on each house due to missing materials.

We have added two new fields to the tracking spreadsheet that we will want to track in AppWright. o Requested Date – Today this is filled in by someone, and is information coming from other customers applications. o Committed Date – This is filled in by the shop, and is the date that they have let everyone know that they will receive their job.

We are going to create a screen value table to make the order entry process more streamlined.

We are wanting to set AppWright up for future growth. We would like each market to have its own settings to allow them to use the system. Looking for a way to better track the information about repairs. Want to be able to track the cause and the costs.

We have switched to BisTrack from Spruce. Epicor has told us that we can share information between BisTrack and AppWright. We would like to explore this route.
