Two questions on the form-
• Can we add the ability to add more recipients of the form once the finished button is hit.
o I would like the AM and crew to receive these.
• Are we able to do this-
o If a phase is marked as NOT IF, the super marks something missing in the form.
o Could the AM run a report in APW that would generate a list of Tactical Forms from that week (or any time frame range) that had missing materials?
o The AM could get this report to the needed parties from the plants.
o The AM can also use this to track lost days on each house due to missing materials.

Need to include the Florida requests from 2-26-25.

Superintendent Super Tactical Upgrade (2-26-25)

We created a new “Job Site Tactical Meeting” document last week. Time to tweak the process some.
Here are their thoughts:
• The superintendent is doing several of these meetings a day, depending on how many jobs they have going on.
• Each day they need to go back and review the previous days meeting notes, or maybe the previous few days notes that were saved on the document.
• This process will be repeated throughout the process of the job. (5-15 days)
• It is possible that a different person will be going to the jobsite to conduct the meeting, and would need to see the previous tactical meeting notes.
• I recommended that we could create a report that could summarize the information from the tactical documents for that job, and schedule them to be sent on a cadence.
o That was not well received due to it being possible that another superintendent would need that job’s information, depending on who is on site that day.
• I recommended that we could do something with the “Notes” for the job, where maybe they could open the job note from the previous day and just add information to it.
o That would work, but eliminates the need for the Job Site Tactical Meeting form.
o The format would be clunky at best.
• The conversation kept going back to having a place where the person on site could easily “browse” through the tactical meeting documents while preparing for the current meeting.
• At one point we discussed having the tactical meeting document just duplicate for each day.
o Day 1 complete the document. Day 2 open the document, read the document, click a button to start a new day.
o This new day would duplicate the document, where the superintendent could do that day’s meeting.
I started thinking about a book or journal type format. I know I could do things in OneNote, but we are of course trying to bring people back into AppWright, not find ways to do job work outside the system. One thing I just thought of, I wonder if we could make a multi-page document screen, and somehow only show page 1, if page 1 was completed to a certain stage? Say when the signature is filled in, since that locks the document anyway. The next time that document is opened, it now has a page 1 with information, and a blank page 2.
Second thought along the same line, and I do not know how to do this would be:
• Continue to create the documents like we are starting to do.
• If a question on the form is listed with an answer of “NO”, then a field would open where they could enter notes. (Can do this already.)
• There would be another document or a report that would gather the notes from the “NO’s” that the person on site could open and see all of the notes from any of those fields from any Job Site Tactical Meeting document.
o Whatever format that we would do this in, they would like to have the ability to open or generate this from either the primary E screen DCS, or from some easy to locate spot. (Button would be preferred.)
Outside of this, we would also like to add the messages section to the Job Site Tactical Meeting, similar to the pictures. I should be able to do this based on how that same section is added to our primary E DCS.

There are a few conversations going on around this. I am merging two requests into one so we can track what Florida and Coastal are asking for.

1. We can set the recipients up to go wherever. We can do this with an email list, if it is an “always” send to type of thing. Or if we are gathering the information at the top of the form, we can email to multiple addresses outside of AW. We can discuss this more.
2. Phased Sections
a. I can set sections up to show up when a check box or radio button is selected. When they select the field, we make the “trigger” the screen would refresh, and either show a new section, or remove something if we wanted to.
b. Reports can be created for anything we want. If we are gathering the data, we can include it on a report.
c. The report can be set to run on demand or set to be sent automatically on a schedule to people. We can determine what works best, we can even do a combination of both.
d. Lost days – we would need to walk through how we want to capture this. We could adda check box on the tactical that said we lost time and then use that to capture the due date changes on a certain task, or group of tasks. Let’s say that we were able to catch up in another phase, we would want to not track frame complete, but something further upstream.
I think it is all clear and makes sense. I will need to get this entered into my tracker program so we can add a weight and effort factor to it and see how where if falls into the “to-do” list.
