Expiration of Software Service Level Agreement SSLA #9053 (Software Site #74620)

Mitek - All Win 10 LTSC Salvador - Old saw will not upgrade, new saw will be Win 10 LTSC. New saw delivering to GCS in June 2025. Old one will be sold. Weinmann - $84k cost and at least 1 day of downtime to upgrade to Win 10 LTSC. Total 7 machines between FLO and GCS. Julie Harris is taking the reins and will be getting w/ Stiles e-Teck leadership to make sure this is a viable option. Hundegger - Can upgrade to Win 11, may make program slower and bog down more. Need to potentially get LTSC license. More to come.

Once upgraded to 99x, work with Mitek and ICG to develop beta testing plan rollout. Which facility first? Update should be taken earliest April-21-2025 to make sure everyone is available.

Work on this Monday 3/3/2025. Alex out of town next week. Need Russ to give me back report with a working copy of Third Party Reference field so we can update Work Orders in Epicor.
